WIP: RDMA SWIFT

RDMA version of SWIFT that uses the infinity library.

Just exists to keep an eye on diffs. This is the best implementation with all the updates that added improvements.

Branched from the flamingo cellids developments, but flamingo fork work and cellis should be removed.

Runs EAGLE_25 on 4 nodes with hydro, self-gravity and stars (no model).
