Update the particle fields with the current version of SWIFT

Folkert Nobels requested to merge stellarfix into master

Given de recent updates in SWIFT some of the particle fields are outdated, this merge request fixes that. Depending if we run with cosmo or not we also have the Maximal Temperature time field. Furthermore NewStarFlag has been removed and BirthTime and InitialMasses replace Birth_time and Initial_masses in SWIFT.
