Hanging with HPC-X

We have had a report of hanging with HPC-X that we have discussed a number of times before. This issue is just to list the exact parameters that they have ran with (it now appears that they are able to repro on multiple machines). I'll take a look at this ASAP.

The program hung either at [0000] [00058.3] engine_init_particles: Computing initial gas densities or a couple of lines later, at [0000] [00162.8] engine_init_particles: Running initial fake time-step.
