Add task levels to plot_task_dependencies.py

Hi @lhausammann, I finished for my part and I'm happy with the results. However, I had to switch from shape=record to good ole html to be able to keep the MPI node shapes. The good news however is that switching to html allows for better code formatting. So the task names are now bigger and bold, and the levels smaller and italic. Let me know what you think!
