Segmentation fault in standalone FoF

Running standalone FoF on snapshots from the SmallCosmoVolume_DM example causes a segmentation fault in engine_make_hierarchical_tasks_common(). The problem seems to be that e->neutrino_properties is not initialized. Probably just need to do the initialization in main_fof.c.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
