multipole not drifted for planetary simulations

Running a planetary impact simulation with the following initial conditions and parameter files (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qPcuM2ZM0ECY5H4nVGUGF1jfn0Xxvc0f?usp=sharing) hits the following error at step 11:

[00209.6] runner_doiact_grav.c:runner_do_grav_down():98: cp->multipole not drifted.
[00209.6] runner_doiact_grav.c:runner_do_grav_down():98: cp->multipole not drifted.

when using max_top_level_cells = 48. When using max_top_level_cells = 96 the bug disappears.
