Crash when running with star formation but no extra spart

When running the IsolatedGalaxy_starformation example with the EAGLE model and without any space for extra spart, the code simply crash with an error on the drift drift.h:drift_spart():136: s-particle has not been drifted to the current time sp->ti_drift=351843720888320, c->ti_old=70368744177664, ti_current=351843720888320..

A possible fix was introduced in !1062 (merged).
