Star Particle IDs are signed?

At the moment EAGLE star particle IDs are signed (https://gitlab.cosma.dur.ac.uk/swift/swiftsim/blob/master/src/stars/EAGLE/stars_io.h#L135). Why is this the case? Other particle types have unsigned IDs.

If this is a mistake we should fix it as it causes warnings.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
