Problems with Anarchy-PU and feedback

As discussed, we see issues when running AnarchyPU on the isolated galaxy with feedback. The time-step drops dramatically when compared to a run with Gadget-SPH or Minimal-SPH.

The setup is:

git checkout master

autoreconf

./configure --with-subgrid=EAGLE --disable-hand-vec --with-ext-potential=hernquist --with-hydro=anarchy-pu 

make -j

cd examples/IsolatedGalaxy/IsolatedGalaxy_feedback/

./getIC.sh
