stack-buffer-overflow parsing command line

When compiling master with --enable-debug --enable-sanitizer I get a crash in the parsing of the arguments. This happens running ./swift, ./swift -h or any of the examples.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
