EAGLE_25 test crashes in METIS

Reported from the developers at Mellanox (via @jborrow). It seems that SWIFT crashes in the depths of METIS when running the EAGLE_25 box on 8 MPI ranks with self gravity enabled. I've reproduced a similar looking crash running 8 MPI ranks on a single node of COSMA7. That crashed after step 2 (they reported crashing at step 2523) with the current master and the parmetis development branch.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
