Rationalise the plotting scripts.

We have number of these now that should be rationalised into a subset and produce some composite output, especially between tasks and threadpool.

Note the legend positioning of the threadpool plotter should be kept.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
