Move the energy statistics to after the kick.

Following the discussion on Friday with @yvesrevaz and @tt, the calculation of energies should be done after the kick, i.e. when particles are in a self-consistent state.

To be done once the threadpool branch has been merged in and we are happy with the results.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
