Fixes a bunch of warnings in some calls to sprintf() taht trigger (false-positives?) warnings with GCC 9.1.0

Used the threadpool to initialise the root of out-going particles in fof_search_foreign_cells(). Also restricted this to cells in gravity-type proxies.
