Read the minimally allowed temperature from the parameter file and convert it to a minimal internal energy per unit mass.

Pass an extra argument to the function returning the particle's softening. Removed the field from the gpart themselves.

Switch on cosmological time integration in the example run scripts of the EAGLE_* cases. Also switch on the cleaning-up of the h-factors in the ICs.

Extrapolate the gpart velocities when writing them in snapshots. Do not output accelerations but the potential.

Pass the xparts to the i/o convertion function. Extrapolate the part velocities to the current time when writting them out.
