Force an emergency re-sorting of all the star particles below a given super cell when star formation happens.

Make the ghost iterations abort based on h_old not on h_init to avoid cases where the code can't converge due to very poor and much too small initial guess.

Use a bisection bracketing scheme around the Newton method in the ghost iteration to help with cases where we struggle and oscillate around the correct solution.
