Make the minimal smoothing length used by SWIFT to match the Gadget definition of the kernel support being a fixed fraction of the softening kernel support and not use 'h' directly.

We log all memory accesses, but only process allocations, so don't attempt to look for the frees, they are not there, also without fixed length keys we can store pointers at any depth, so check one is present

Only copy the buffer size, memuse_log_count can exceed this, also make the log pointer volatile to stop potential reordering
