Make the difffloat script use a new line in the files to set a limit below which values are ignored as too close to zero.

Add a separate timer for subset sub-cell tasks. Write the timers to a file. Make sure we can compile without timers. Add a configure option to switch the timers on.

Don't use the h5cc command when determing if parallel HDF5 is available, check the H5_HAVE_PARALLEL symbol instead

Removed the softened isothermal potential. The isothermal potential is now softened by default. Set epsilon to 0 to restore the old behaviour.
