Do not count the particles in the leaves when looking for the number of foreign particles to allocate.

Correclty move the pointer at the top-level when moving from proxy to proxy. Simplify the linking recursion.

Count the number of particles in foregin cells that have tasks only. Allocated memory based on that counter. Link the cells recursively based on that counter.

Added a function to the hydro scheme to be called when a particle gets removed due to non-periodic BC infringment.

Added mechanism to add tracers information to the xparts. Added the EAGLE tracers (max(T) and time of max(T)). Tracers are dumped in snapshots.

Use the same naming convention for the hydro sort activation function and the star sort activation function.

Correctly update the counters when adding a spart to the global array. Handle the case where we run out of free slots.

Correctly link the newly created star to the ddestroyed gpart. Can survive time integration for a few steps. Crashes at next rebuild still.

Version can now create multiple particles and put them in the correct cell array. Code can survive multiple rebuilds.
