Write timestamp at begining, change llu to integertime_t, change last snapshot to basename_end, still some debugging stuffs

Pre-declare the sump structure to avoid warnings when the whole dumping mechanism is not available. Remove the '-malign-double' flag from the clang  compilation line.

added logger_log_part, still not sure how to handle/store old offsets, so leaving that to the caller.
