Correctly include the velociraptor particle information in the Makefile. Re-arrange the content of the inteface files slightly.

Added VELCOIraptor linker flags to Makefile.am instead of adding it directly to the LIBS environment variable.

Extract the mesh gravity forces to a separate set of functions. Get the forces directly from the mesh to the gparts. Do not use the tree here.

Moved Gizmo to GizmoMFV, and changed gizmo configuration option to gizmo-mfv. Made sure all unit tests compile again with gizmo-mfv.

Removed unused isothermal Riemann solver. Added generic input and output debug checks for all remaining Riemann solvers. Made sure HLLC Riemann solver works for 0 input pressure. Made sure all quantities are set to vacuum if density/mass or pressure/energy is zero.

When not explicitly given checks for GSL are made anyway, when explicitly given the checks must be successful

Grackle chemistry --> GEAR chemistry. Moved the output of subgrid model to a separate part of the HDF5 file.
