The path to the VELOCIraptor library can be specified at configure and the relevant linker flags are added automatically.

Enclose velociraptor calls in macros and created a configuration option that turns velociraptor on via --enable-velociraptor.

Changed the velociraptor interface so that only one type of particle (swift_vel_part) is passed to velociraptor which is then copied into a velociraptor particle. The swift-velociraptor unit conversion factors are now stored in the engine.

Store the STF unit system in the engine. Scale the internal energies of the particles to the STF unit system.

Pass the hydro particles to VELOCIraptor to set the PID of gas particles. Calculate the internal energies of hydro particles and pass them to VELOCIraptor.

Set affinity to all cores for pthread when running VELOCIraptor so that when it spawns OpenMP threads they can run on any cores. Reset pthread affinity after VELOCIraptor has returned.

Pass output file name at initialisation of VELOCIraptor so that the simulation info can be saved correctly.

Changed VELOCIraptor interface to pass output file name at invoke time instead of at initialisation.

Use the total no. of particles for the inter-particle spacing calculation instead of the total number of particles local to the node.

Pass mesh information to VELOCIraptor. The space dimensions, number of top level cells, cell width and inverse of cell width. When invoking VELOCIraptor also pass a list of what node each cell is on.
