Fixed sign error in gravitational mass flux computation. GizmoMFV now conserves energy in the Evrard collapse test.

Changed some things in the Gizmo MFV implementation to improve the accuracy (also fixed the total energy mode).

Cleaned up some equations in Gizmo's hydro_iact and hydro_gradients. Moved the gradient prediction to before the velocity boost.

Made sure primitive velocities are updated with gravitational acceleration during drift. Fixed GIZMO_TOTAL_ENERGY implementation.

Removed EoS constraint in HLLC Riemann solver. Added missing parameter for SineWavePotential_1D. Played around with ICs and plot script of 1D sine wave potential.

Removed hydro_velocities from Makefile.am. Removed some more mass fluxes and code that depends on masses changing.

Removed hydro_velocities from gizmo-mfm, as the velocities need to be equal to the fluid velocity for MFM.

No unskip before rebuild
