Create the M-M gravity task one level higher. The task itself recurses on its progenies. We can run with a rebuild every time-step. More work required on the unskip.

Use a dedicated MPI type for the pcells. Also use the m-pole MPI type for the communications instead of MPI_BYTE.

Traced the bug back to the splitting condition in scheduler_splittask not being symmetric because of rounding

Allow the task splitting routine to split gravity tasks and replace them by M-M tasks when gravity is on.

This reverts commit 004fd34d.

rolled back the changes to space_split_mapper as the old version was faster, but kept the part-gpart relinking changes.

Note also needs --enable-compiler-warnings=yes and --disable-vec and isn't known to run!

Better naming convention for the cell_split variables in the YAML file. New variable for the splitting of gravity pairs.
